Once again, Running Warehouse has donated over $2500 in running shoes to the Porterville High School Cross Country team.
Each year, for the past 5 years, Running Warehouse has supported our local student athletes with their donation of shoes. Porterville High School, Strathmore High School and Pioneer Middle School have all been recipients.
The response of “Whoooaaaa” could be heard from the Porterville High School Cross Country team as Coach Salas opened the box of donated shoes during practice on Thursday, September 29th.
The timing was good as they are mid-way through their season and several runners were chatting about needing new shoes before they realized what was in “the box”.
Running Warehouse is located in San Luis Obispo and is dedicated to making sure all levels or runners/walkers have appropriate footwear. Shipping is usually 2 days and returns are welcome and processed quickly. Heading over to the coast? Stop by their retail outlet and try on a few pairs to see what works best for you.
